I was born in lower-class Chicago and overcame bouts of trauma, and insecurities caused by that upbringing. Many have said I couldn’t make it; But through years of hard lessons…I was able to leave my job by 27, transact over $10M in investment deals, and by 35 years old: operate 20+ rental doors through my investment firm Common Walk. I’ve done over 80 fix and flip deals & invested in up to 90 doors at a time.
